Chapter 24 Chapter 24: New Species: Black-scaled Naga

Lin Xiao hadn’t given a name to the new species card yet, because he still didn’t know what the species looked like. Having five species merged into one, he was very intrigued about what kind of creature it would become.

However, this didn’t prevent him from loving this new species. He was very satisfied.

Regardless of whether they were true Naga, they had the attributes and the power level. Besides, this new species still had room for growth.

Compared to the random titles Lord of the Grey Mist, King of the Endless Tides, and Lord of the Seven Seas which were just there to make him sound more powerful, the Divine Name of God of Black-scaled Naga was something that he deserved.

As his mind was wandering, the Murloc Tribe on the other side had discovered the newly-emerged Black-scaled Naga. Large groups of Murlocs flocked out of the tribe and observed these new powerful creatures from afar. Many Murlocs had already taken out their short spear with hostility in their eyes.

After defeating more than 200 Serpentmen, the courage of these Murlocs had been significantly bolstered. When they encountered the Black-scaled Naga, which were about the size of the Serpentmen, not only did they have no fear, but they were even bold enough to make the first strike.

The Black-scaled Naga, on the other hand, felt the Murlocs malicious intent and the hostility in their eyes. As a fusion of several species, they were by no means kind in nature. A bellow like that of a muffled thunder exploded in the brains of all the Murlocs and Black-scaled Naga. In an instant, the Murlocs and Naga fell to the ground.

The anger from their God awakened all the Murlocs and Naga. Taking advantage of the deferrence, Lin Xiao immediately issued a Sacred Decree to the Murlocs and the Black-scaled naga respectively.

The Murlocs promptly got up and quickly retreated to the tribe. The Black-scaled Naga gathered together. Lin Xiao temporarily appointed a Black-scale Naga with the highest level of faith that looked pleasing to his eye as his apostle and conveyed his intention to it.

Both the Murlocs and the Black-scaled Naga were all at least True Believers. The effect of the Sacred Degree was evident. The Murlocs obediently returned to their tribe, while the Black-scaled Naga returned to the location where they descended.
