Chapter 9 Chapter 9: The So-Called Respect for the Teacher

Translator: Dragon Boat Translation Editor: Dragon Boat Translation

Qin Zhen listened as she walked past the students. She didn’t even know that she had such great influence. She walked straight into the teaching building and went to Class 28. There were only twenty-eight classes in their age group. Based on her results, it was obvious that she was at the bottom. After all, how could a person who didn’t study get good grades?

The class hadn’t started yet, and everyone in the class was fooling around. As Qin Zhen walked in, the noise quieted down.

The young girl walked over with the sun shining onto her from the windows, making her white, snowy skin glow. The ordinary blue and white school uniform even enhanced her beauty.

Qin Zhen looked straight ahead and ignored the gazes that were staring at her. She strode to the last row of seats against the wall and sat down.

“Don’t sit there. That seat is unlucky!” The boy at the front table said.

“Why?” Qin Zhen looked at him.

The boy’s name was Jia Qing, and he had never treated her well before.

Meeting the girl’s bright eyes, Jia Qing blushed, “That seat belongs to Qin Zhen. She’s a lunatic. But if you really want to sit there, then fine. She’s about to be expelled anyway,”

Qin Zhen looked at him expressionlessly, “I’m Qin Zhen. I’m sorry, but I’m not expelled.”

Jia Qing could only stare speechlessly at her.

The students who had been quietly listening to the conversation were also speechless.

The air froze.

Qin Zhen took out her books to review without any expression. In the past, she wasn’t interested in books, but she did start studying in her previous life for revenge. Even though she did terrible things back then, she still remembered the theoretical knowledge she learned.

Meanwhile, everyone was still in a state of shock.

“So what if she looks better? She is the disgrace of our class. Because of her, our class has become the laughingstock of the school.”

“That’s right. It’s a good thing that she’s about to get expelled. I feel disgusted just staying in the same room with her for another day.”

Everyone continued to mock her, as if their admiration for Qin Zhen was an insult, so much so that they did not even hear the bell ring.

Baihe, the English teacher, strode in. When she saw the noisy class, a trace of distaste flashed across her eyes. She pursed her red lips and said angrily, “Don’t you all know that the bell has already rung? You guys are the noisiest in the entire building! Poor academic performance, and even worse self-discipline. If you’re not here to study, might as well save your parent’s money and go home to sleep!”

She placed her book heavily on the podium and glanced at the last row of seats against the wall. When she saw a cold-looking girl sitting there, she frowned. She didn’t care who the girl was. She could be a transfer student who had just arrived. What she cared about was that Qin Zhen didn’t come to school.

“You two,” She pointed at the two boys, “Clear out the things on Qin Zhen’s seat and throw them out. The school clearly stated that if a student skipped school for seven days or more, they would be expelled! Qin Zhen had not come to class today. Including today, it had been exactly seven days. She is expelled from school!”

Everyone in the class looked at Baihe speechlessly. They were so embarrassed for her sake that no one moved.

Qin Zhen did not expect such a big misunderstanding. She stood up and looked at Baihe expressionlessly, “Ms. Baihe, you do know that before the student’s expulsion, a document has to be issued first, right? Even a teacher has no right to throw out student’s belonging,”

“Who do you think you are to lecture me? As expected of the worst class. Not only are your grades poor, but nobody knows how to respect their teachers! What a bunch of trash!” Every time Baihe came to teach them, she was always angry. Which first-rate teacher would be willing to see a group of trash? Seeing that someone dared to refute her, her face darkened even more.

Hearing this, everyone’s faces in class turned gloomy. No one wanted to be called trash all the time. Plus, every time Baihe came to class, her anger only made it harder to look at.

“Ms. Baihe, as a teacher, have you memorized the teacher’s ethics? I also want to know, when we learned to respect our teachers, did you learn to respect your students? I believe that no teacher can say that their students are trash,” Qin Zhen’s expression remained cold.

As a teacher who was criticized by a student in public, especially by a student from the worst class no less, Baihe flew into a rage from humiliation, “I asked someone to throw Qin Zhen’s things. It’s none of your business! Sit down!”

Qin Zhen looked at her, “Ms.Baihe, you asked someone to throw my things. Of course, it has something to do with me. I’m Qin Zhen.”

Baihe’s eyes widened in disbelief. After a while, she noticed the slightly similar facial features on the girl’s face to Qin Zhen’s. But the teacher didn’t care. This brat was so annoying! She had always hated Qin Zhen. Other than her poor grades, there was another reason for this hatred.

Qin Zhen had previously embarrassed her in front of the entire school. Ever since then, she had always wanted to expel her.
